Stacey is a successful Entrepreneur and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) professional and has over 25 years of experience in CRE acquisition, development and disposition, as an investor and advisor focusing on the Hospitality, Mixed Use and Multi Family sectors.
As an Entrepreneur, Stacey co-founded, launched and operated several multi million dollar companies in the Entertainment and the Oil and Gas sectors.
As a seasonal investor today, she is adept at uncovering exceptional properties yielding profitability and high returns. She is highly knowledgeable in all parts of the CRE development cycle from concept development to project completion, and from acquisition, asset management to disposition.

In her early career as a National Accounts Manager, Stacey negotiated Multimillion dollar contracts with top executives of National Hotel Brands for large scale Corporate Incentive Events of 1000-5000 attendees to be held at 5-star Luxury Hotels across the US specifically Las Vegas, Arizona, Hawaii, and Mexico. This gave her a direct insight into Luxury Hotel revenues and operations, gleaning the importance of managing costs; a practice she embraces for all projects today.
In a prior role as Midwest Regional Manager for a building products manufacturer Stacey established a Multimillion dollar territory by securing National Accounts and working with Architects in specifying building products for the development of National Franchise Hotels, Restaurants and Retail Brands. She ascertained first hand the development cycle of commercial projects from design concept to completion.
